Session Description: We will discuss and provide examples of Patient Satisfaction in Imaging Services. Explore behaviors and methods to foster and support a culture around exceptional service. We will explore service barriers, institutional constraints, and patient perceptions. Together we will explore and provide examples of tools that can be used for excellent patient centered care.

Upon completion the participants will discuss, give examples and identify patient satisfaction in Imaging Services.
